The integrity with which we treat our employees and the environment is vital to our success as a company.  As part of our ethos of Continuous Improvement, we continually research and implement meaningful ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle across all areas of our operations. We aim to minimize our environmental impact and are continually seeking more sustainable business practices. Below is a sample of the measures we take to support our commitment to corporate responsibility.

• We source 100% recycled 950 Platinum Ruthenium casting grain and can provide certificates upon request.
• We source 100% recycled fine gold casting grain and can provide certificates upon request.
• All precious metals are purchased exclusively from manufacturers with formal sustainability programs.
• We conduct thorough risk assessments of precious metal suppliers and provide a comprehensive Supplier Code of Conduct to ensure our expectations are clearly articulated.
• All manufacturing materials are treated and disposed of using methods that meet or exceed the requirements of the SDS and the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality.
• We have a thorough refining program in place to capture any precious metal scraps and dust generated within our facility.  Nothing is too small to be captured and recycled.
• We monitor all waste output and divert materials into our comprehensive recycling program. This program includes recycling for paper, cardboard, plastics, glass, scrap metal, textiles, e-waste, and batteries. We reuse excess packing material in our outbound shipments.
• Our Safety Committee meets monthly to address employee concerns and conducts routine safety inspections throughout the facility.
• We adhere to the principle of Continuous Improvement and regularly pursue process improvements, both within our processes and regarding their environmental impacts.
• We provide a robust benefits package to employees, including quality health, dental, and vision insurance, a matching IRA program, paid time off, and paid holidays.
• We pay competitive wages and provide opportunities for professional training and advancement.
• We contribute to the jewelry industry as a whole by sharing technical information and education on the casting process through numerous publications distributed globally.
