ISO 9001 focuses on management systems related to quality standards.
To achieve this certification, we:
· Define processes and fully document procedures that affect the quality of our products.
· Ensure that processes are executed and implemented as documented.
· Take measures to determine that processes are effectively providing the expected results.
· Implement corrective actions and process improvements where needed
We have developed specific, comprehensive quality standards and procedures that address every aspect of our operation that may affect final product quality. Quality is our highest priority. Every process is characterized by:
- Comprehensive and ongoing training for technicians
- Implementation of comprehensive process control procedures
- Use of quality records to document process status, accomplishments, feedback, and verification
ISO 14001 is a set of standards that are required for environmental management systems. By implementing ISO 14001 standards, companies are aware of their impacts on the environment and strive to improve those systems in a holistic manner.
To achieve this certification, we:
· Research regulations, confirm compliance, and create baseline metrics for improvement.
· Analyze electricity usage, make equipment upgrades, and further changes to procedures to decrease consumption.
· Analyze solid waste production and codify ways to reduce and reuse materials.
· Expand recycling by sourcing vendors and accessing programs to recycle additional waste items.
· Continual research program to source sustainable materials and new avenues for recycling.
Commitment to Continuous Improvement
TechForm is committed to continuous process improvement. Our managers and technicians are responsible for measuring and tracking controlled processes in the production environment. Every employee shares the responsibility for continuous process improvement. Specific elements of our quality system that address continuous improvement are daily quality meetings to monitor product quality, internal quality system audits, corrective and preventive action procedures, training, quality planning, and process flow analysis.
Commitment to Employee Development
TechForm is committed to providing training on a regular basis as part of our standard technical approach. Training is provided on a non-interfering basis, so as not to compromise the integrity of the product or the delivery time frame. Every employee receives training in our quality system and procedures.
