The quality system is carried out by processes which exist both within and across functions. These processes and the associated responsibilities, authorities, procedures and resources are defined and executed in a consistent manner. To achieve this, we aim to:
- Define processes and adequately document procedures
- Ensure that processes are executed and implemented as documented
- Take measures to determine that processes are effectively providing the expected results
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements where needed

Commitment to Continuous Improvement
TechForm is committed to continuous process improvement. Our managers and technicians are responsible for measuring and tracking controlled processes in the production environment. Every employee shares the responsibility for continuous process improvement. Specific elements of our quality system which address continuous improvement are daily quality meetings to monitor product quality, internal quality system audits, corrective and preventive action procedures, training, quality planning and process flow analysis.
Commitment to Employee Development
TechForm is committed to providing training on a regular basis as part of our standard technical approach. Training is provided on a non-interfering basis, so as not to compromise the integrity of the product or the delivery time frame. Every employee receives training in our quality system and procedures.
