Teresa Fryé will be presenting “Additively Manufactured 950 Platinum Alloy: a comparative study of mechanical properties and microstructure” on September 2nd, 2025 as part of the Vicenza Symposium For Jewelry Technology & Fashion Makers held in Basilica Palladiana, Vicenza.

The research encompasses the development and testing of powder printing for 950PtRu, as well as the resulting mechanical properties. Additional highlights include the viability of joining cast and printed metal pieces in a hybrid approach to manufacturing.
