TechForm is a member of the Responsible Jewelry Council. As part of the lengthy and thorough certification process, we invite you to review our commitments and consider adopting similar policies in your business.
Our company’s reputation has been built on trust, transparency, and satisfaction. We believe that our business relationships can only continue to grow and prosper when everyone’s values are aligned. Our Corporate Social Responsibility Program (CSR) outlines policies that demonstrate TechForm’s values and the requirements we seek in business partners. Below are selected critical components of our CSR Program that we would like to bring to your attention:
All employees of TechForm, as well as all members of our supply chain, are expected to operate in an ethically responsible manner at all times.
TechForm has a zero-tolerance policy on bribery and corruption. We do not accept or give bribes. We believe in a fair and just business environment.
TechForm aims to act against money laundering and the financing of terrorism. We will not do business with any person or organization that seeks to conceal their criminal proceeds as legitimate business. Our employees are trained to detect suspicious activity, and we will report any criminal offense to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) as outlined in our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy.
TechForm will not associate with any company that directly or indirectly does business with parties that do not respect human rights. We will not tolerate:
- Any form of forced or compulsory labor,
- Any form of torture, cruel, inhumane, and degrading treatment,
- Any form of child labor,
- War crimes, crimes against humanity, or genocide.
TechForm will only source precious metals from companies that can satisfy one of the following objectives:
- Current SCS Global Services Responsible Source Refiner Certification,
- Responsible Jewelry Council Membership Certification,
- London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) Certification
- LBMA Responsible Sourcing Program Certification,
- Listed on the LBMA and/or LPPM Good Delivery List
TechForm recognizes the utmost importance of responsible stewardship of our environmental resources. We are committed to meeting or exceeding all applicable environmental laws and regulations. We strive to go beyond what is merely legally required of us.
